The planning office TFN from Hamburg approached us with a request for a customized solution for a show at a trade fair booth.
The requirement was to control the entire show (videos, lighting, curtains, and scent dispensers) via an iPad or with the help of an Apple Watch. The presentation guided visitors through different themed rooms and was designed to allow the presenter to open the curtain to the next room with a single “tap” on the watch, while simultaneously changing the lighting atmosphere automatically. The next tap on the watch dimmed the lights in the room and started the video on the LED wall. Following this principle, multiple shows were run independently by the client each day at CES in Las Vegas.
Due to the positive feedback from participants, Henkel had TFN GmbH & Co. KG build a similar presentation room at their headquarters. Once again, we were happy to support them with our expertise and assistance.

Audi and its partners showcased a total of 19 models at Auto Shanghai 2025, held from April 23 to May 2. The brand-new brand AUDI also presented its first production model, the AUDI E5 Sportback.

Football has a history that is closely intertwined with the history of the society in which it was played. What significance does this history have for us today, and how should football be remembered? The exhibition “Sport. Mass. Power. Football in National Socialism” is a joint project by what matters gGmbH and the Sport Museum Berlin. It shows the importance of sport for the National Socialists and how they used football in an attempt to secure their power.
We were commissioned with the implementation and installation of the media technology. The task was to start video content at the push of a button on 55″ screens, play audio content on headphones at the push of a button, display navigable HTML pages on a touchscreen, and show various looped films on screens ranging from 10″ to 86″.

The Baader Investment Conference offers participants the opportunity to learn about current developments and corporate strategies, as well as to gain a comprehensive overview of current market topics, through four parallel forums and more than 3,000 one-on-one and small group meetings. During the pandemic, the format was held digitally and partially in a hybrid form. We are pleased to have returned to “normal” operations, and the agency Crossworks Projects has entrusted us with the event technology responsibilities for many years.
We have also been supporting the Swiss Equities Baader Conference in Switzerland, which takes place in January, on behalf of CWP for many years.

This year as well, we were able to provide complete video technology for Crossworks Projects for the annually recurring largest convention of Tupperware Germany. This time, the event took us to the center of Germany—more precisely, to the Hotel Esperanto in Fulda. There, a 30-meter-wide stage design with three projection surfaces was set up for 900 participants, including a gala evening as well as a daytime conference event.

The company schickschön from Dresden presented us with new challenges with this project. In a bus converted according to the client’s specifications, the Fanta brand was to be experienced in a Halloween-themed design. To achieve this, various stations inside the bus were equipped with hologram displays, small projections, and screens, which were operated over several days using our PIXERA servers.
In addition, the last four photos taken by participants inside the bus were to be displayed in a loop on a hologram LED wall above the bus. For this purpose, we developed a custom script for the client. This script, along with our servers, was also used at the influencer event in the Arena Berlin.

“WE ARE M” – BMW M celebrates its 50th anniversary with an emotional campaign. Before the participant groups were able to experience the vehicles themselves at the Nürburgring, a secret preview show of new concept vehicles was presented beforehand.
For this, we were commissioned by satis&fy AG to operate the tracked LED walls using our PIXERA servers. The content had to be adapted to the kinetic movement of the LED walls so that the unveiling of the vehicles beneath the LED garages could be staged perfectly.

Team spirit and passion meet expertise and performance. With this competition, Audi recognizes outstanding achievements in service. For the first time after two years of absence due to the coronavirus pandemic, the international practical final once again took place as a physical event.
For operating the main LED wall, the light tubes next to the stage, the outside broadcast truck in front of the hall, the cube suspended from the hall ceiling, and the LED floor banners, our AV Stumpfl media server system was used. Foreign Minister Heiko Maas, Economic Affairs Minister Peter Altmaier, and President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen opened the 7th Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue.
The BETD took place in this fully digital format for the very first time — and proved to be a great success. More than 15,000 international viewers from 134 countries, along with 50 ministers, participated in the event.

One kilometer of cable, 67 spotlights, one ton of overhead lighting equipment, and 65 laptops in operation — the CDU Baden-Württemberg adopted its 2021 state election program with 100 percent approval during the first digital party convention in the history of the regional association.
For more than five hours, we broadcast live from the Wagenhallen Stuttgart, a venue with a normal operating capacity of up to 2,000 people. In addition to the keynote speech by lead candidate Susanne Eisenmann, Armin Laschet delivered his first official speech as Chairman of the CDU Germany at the Wagenhallen.

Traditionally held in September, the German capital revolves around the Berlin Marathon. The two-day event traditionally begins on Saturday with a mini marathon for school students covering the final 4.2195 km of the original course, as well as a marathon for inline skaters.
On Sunday, the main race takes place over the full 42.195 km distance, including wheelchair athletes and handcyclists. All press conferences related to the races have for many years been managed and equipped by PCS Konferenztechnik. The Global AMR R&D Hub is an international initiative of governmental and non-governmental funding organizations dedicated to research and development (R&D) in the field of antimicrobial resistance (AMR).

The Berlin International Film Festival once again attracted audiences with numerous world premieres. But the highlights were not limited to the big screen — it was also worth taking a closer look at the Audi Berlinale Lounge, located directly beside the red carpet.
Using our iPad-based control panel system, content could be remotely controlled across the entire Potsdamer Platz area, allowing rapid reactions to spontaneous situations and live event dynamics.

The Auto Shanghai takes place every two years at the National Exhibition and Convention Center. As the world’s largest automotive market, China offers enormous potential, particularly for European manufacturers.
Accordingly, all major European carmakers presented their latest innovations in the Chinese economic hub, with a strong focus on electromobility and digitalization. Volkswagen unveiled the electric vehicle VW ID. ROOMZZ, an SUV offering generous space and a range of innovative features.
Our team was responsible for the technical support of the press conference, exhibition playback, and the live shows throughout the trade fair.

The International Motor Show Germany is one of the world’s largest and most important automotive trade fairs. We are proud to have been commissioned in 2017 and 2019 by Hibino Europe GmbH, Creative Technology Germany, and Seibo GmbH to contribute our technology and expertise in media server playback and content management to the exhibition stands of Volkswagen and Audi.
At the Volkswagen stand, the setup included an approximately 60-meter-wide LED façade, a 4K buffer sphere, and a large ceiling-mounted LED surface. At Audi, alongside the LED installations, an advanced 360° Dante multi-channel audio playback system was implemented to create precise spatial sound localization.
Our team managed the Group Night (pre-evening show), the press conference, and the ongoing exhibition playback throughout the trade fair.

At BAU Munich — the world’s leading trade fair for the construction industry covering architecture, materials, and systems — Schüco International KG presented the latest trends across approximately 2,400 square meters under the motto “Experience Progress.”
The 6-meter-high LED walls featuring the themes “Home,” “Smart Building,” “Vertical,” “Security,” “Digitalisation,” and “Acoustics” formed the central axis of the exhibition stand. On the reverse side, visitors could explore more detailed information on each respective topic.

The Fujitsu Forum is one of the largest IT events of its kind. Guests experienced an extensive program featuring inspiring keynotes, in-depth expert discussions, and a three-dimensional digital city installation.
Using a 3D projection mapping setup with four projectors onto a city model including a rear projection wall, the integration of digital technologies into everyday life was vividly demonstrated.

Around 3,500 Audi dealers from all over the world gathered to experience the future of their brand. The event motto was “Let’s shake up the world” — resulting in a production staged like a rocket launch.
For this purpose, a grandstand venue was transformed into a 40-meter-long spaceship featuring ceiling and wall projections. Movable panels revealed three large LED walls and the central performance area behind them. Prior to the main show, visitors attended workshops and talks on e-tron topics across four forum spaces. Guests were also able to test-drive the e-tron at the Ascari Race Resort racing circuit. In addition, an Audi Sport preview show took place in the pit lane area.
Across all event locations, we supported PRG Germany with technical equipment and crew.

To celebrate 100 years of the Negroni, Campari dedicated its appearance at the international Bar Convent Berlin entirely to the iconic cocktail, hosting a three-day birthday celebration in its honor.
Seven renowned bartenders from around the world traveled to the event, each bringing their own “gift” — seven unique interpretations of the timeless classic. At the exhibition stand, the bartenders were presented through multimedia content, their recipes were showcased, and various films were screened.
The media control system was operated via iPad and was designed to be user-friendly enough for the stand personnel to manage independently.

The Auto China in Beijing was once again an exhibition of superlatives. It is now one of the most important international automotive trade fairs and, alongside its partner show in Shanghai, the largest auto exhibition in Asia.
Pixel-accurate playback of uncompressed content on high-resolution LED walls has become standard for at major trade fair appearances. For the execution of the press conference and the daily exhibition shows, we supported the local supplier .
We brought 4K-capable cabling, 10G network technology, CMS NAS storage, Barco E2 processors, crosspoint routers, and our media server racks to Beijing. In the end, even received the award for the most popular stand that year.

On the occasion of the 350th anniversary of Merck, one of the world’s largest mobile geodetic domes was transformed into a fully multimedia-capable installation.
The dome, with a diameter of 50 meters and a height of 21 meters, served for six months as a central venue for events and as a meeting point for employees, executives, shareholders, and interested members of the public. With a 360° projection surface of 3,500 m², the inner membrane of the dome represented the world’s largest mobile projection surface at the time.
At various events, we supported Velten GmbH in show programming and show control.

The metaphor of “time” made the guiding theme of “connectivity” tangible at the exhibition stand. A striking media ring with a circumference of nearly 300 meters transformed the stand area into a gigantic clock face. The content displayed on the media ring impressively staged the theme of time and immersed the stand—with its 65 vehicles and over 30 exhibits—in constantly changing atmospheres.

From January 13 to 28, the North American International Auto Show kicked off the 2018 automotive year with numerous world premieres. At the preview event for invited guests and during the official press conference, it became clear that intended to boost its business in the United States with the new edition of the Jetta.
commissioned us to provide and operate the media server playback and media control systems (including rotating stage elements) for the preview event held in a theatre setting. In addition, we supported in programming and operating the media playback for the Volkswagen exhibition stand and the press conference at the Cobo Center.

At CeBIT, the Group provided a forum in the Future Mobility hall for both interested visitors and industry professionals. With compelling presentations, high-quality exhibits, engaging panel discussions, and talks, the Volkswagen stand focused on the digital future of mobility.
We were challenged to ensure that all textual content remained fully flexible. Throughout the day, numerous expert lectures and forums took place, with guest participation and start times (and therefore all subsequent agenda times) subject to change at any moment.
To address this, we developed an API interface that continuously read a client-managed Excel spreadsheet. This data was transferred in real time into the media server system and displayed on the LED wall according to the client’s corporate identity (CI) design.
